About this program

This 7-day program is designed to get you back on track. By combining psycho-education, group therapy, surfing, yoga, and mindfulness exercises in the stunning tropical surroundings of Lombok, it offers the ideal setting to work on your mental health.

Everyone is welcome—whether you're male or female, young or old, have been working on your mental health for years or are just starting to feel off, experienced surfers or complete beginners. The group is capped at 10 people to keep it intimate, and the program will be conducted in English.

Surftherapy

At Ripple, we believe in the power of a holistic approach. Talking alone often isn't enough to make lasting progress. That’s why we combine surfing, yoga, and mindfulness with psycho-education and evidence-based therapy techniques. Set in the calming, natural environment of Lombok, this combination allows both your body and mind to unwind while helping you take meaningful steps forward in your mental health journey.

Location

This program takes place in our serene villa on the island of Lombok, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and crystal-clear waters. Whether you’re catching waves, walking along the beach, or relaxing in the villa’s tropical garden, this environment offers the perfect space for deep reflection and healing.

We understand how the busyness of everyday life can take a toll on your mental health, so we’ve created an environment where you can truly disconnect and recharge. Our villa offers comfortable rooms, plenty of open space, a yoga pavilion, and a lush garden where you can unwind. Take a dip in the pool or enjoy a quiet moment in the shade of palm trees. The island’s warm climate ensures beautiful weather, making it an ideal retreat year-round.

Food

For us, healthy eating is a key part of self-care. That’s why our in-house chef uses only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients to prepare nutritious and flavorful dishes. From vibrant tropical fruits to organic local specialties, your meals will be a highlight of the experience.

By supporting local farmers and choosing organic produce, we not only nourish ourselves but also give back to the community and minimize our environmental impact.

  • Intake with a psychologist before the start of the program (via Zoom)

  • Optional: Extra aftercare sessions with one of our psychologists (€95,- for one session, €270 for three sessions)
